1. Inspection of crushing hammer before use
During each use, first check whether the high-pressure and low-pressure oil pipes of the crushing hammer are loose, so as to avoid oil pipe falling off due to vibration and failure; Check whether relevant bolts are loose; Check whether each connecting pin is excessively worn.
2. The hydraulic system shall be preheated before using the crushing hammer
Analysis: when the crushing hammer is parked, the hydraulic oil in the upper part will flow to the lower part. When it is used, operate with a small throttle. After the oil film of the crushing hammer piston cylinder is formed, operate with a medium throttle, which can protect the hydraulic system of the excavator.
3. Select the appropriate engine speed
The throttle shall not exceed 50% within 30 minutes before each use, and then select the medium or slightly higher speed.
Analysis: because the crushing hammer has low requirements for working pressure and flow (such as 20 ton excavator, working pressure 160-180kg, flow 140-180l / min), the medium throttle can work. Working with large throttle and increasing the strike force will also cause abnormal temperature rise of hydraulic oil and cause great damage to the hydraulic system.
4. Correct butter posture, frequency and quantity.
Add lubricating grease when the drill rod is pressed straight, and fill it every 2 hours for about 3 times.
Analysis: if the lubricating grease is supplemented when the drill rod is suspended, the grease will enter the striking chamber, and abnormal high pressure will be generated in the striking chamber during striking, and the oil will enter the hydraulic system.
5. After each use, the breaking hammer must be placed in an upright state and the drill rod must be pushed in
Analysis: prevent the piston from rusting due to rain and water inflow.
6. Keep the lines clean
When replacing the bucket, the crushing hammer pipeline must be blocked, and the oil pipe joint must be kept clean at any time to prevent any sundries from entering the oil pipe and crushing hammer; Another important link is to select qualified hydraulic oil filter cartridge. The impact of gun firing will affect the whole oil return system of hydraulic oil. The filter element will not suck force, and will filter the core.
7. Check the hydraulic oil quantity and pollution every day
The lack of hydraulic oil will produce cavitation, resulting in damage to the crushing hammer, piston and cylinder block. It is recommended to check the oil level before use every day. The change of hydraulic oil quality varies due to different working environment. A simple way to judge whether the oil is good or bad is to observe the color of the oil. When the oil quality is very serious, drain the oil, clean the oil tank, replace the hydraulic oil filter element, and then add new oil.
8. Replace the oil seal in time
Analysis: the oil seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace the oil seal of the crusher hammer after working for about 600 hours; When the oil seal leaks oil, the work must be stopped immediately and the oil seal must be replaced. No side dust is easy to enter the hydraulic system.
9. Precautions for long-term storage (more than three weeks)
Please clean the outside first; Remove the drill rod and apply anti rust oil to it, release the nitrogen first, and then push the piston into the oil cylinder; Inject lubricating oil into all parts of the crushing hammer, and then reinstall the drill rod; In this way, it can be stored for a long time.
10. Five not allowed
A. It is not allowed to play empty, which will not only cause the rise of oil temperature, but also produce abnormal vibration and cause impurities to enter the crushing hammer cylinder, so it is strictly prohibited to play empty; B. It is not allowed to use the crushing hammer in water to prevent accidental damage to the piston and cylinder caused by water entering the crushing hammer and prevent the hydraulic oil from being polluted; C. It is not allowed to use the breaking hammer under the bending stress state of the drill rod, so as to prevent the accidental fracture of the drill rod due to bending; D. It is not allowed to use the crushing hammer when the large and small arms of the excavator are fully extended; E. It is not allowed to exert excessive thrust on the jib oil cylinder of the excavator to prevent damage to the excavator oil cylinder, connecting rod, rocker arm and large and small arms.
